Preparing Outstanding Women for Excellence and Resilience

POWER

Lifting Each Other. Leading the Future

The POWER program is a branch inside of YLM that was formed to uplift, educate, and empower young women by preparing them for lifelong success through mentorship, service, leadership, and a strong foundation of sisterhood. We believe that women deserve to be supported, seen, and celebrated, because when women rise, so does the world around them.

Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a generation of confident, compassionate, and resilient young women by connecting them with mentors, leadership experiences, and community engagement opportunities. POWER creates spaces where young women build self-worth, serve others, and shape a future grounded in purpose and excellence.

Each letter of POWER represents a core pillar of the program. Together, they form a complete framework for developing well-rounded, empowered young women.
